Well it's time for the Fall Classic again - but don't think World Series where my Yankees (until the Pirates get their act together again) are headed for another title. Think the roll out of that high mileage display for the fall shows that should have been traded or cut from the squad in spring training.
We've seen a few clunkers out there this season as everyone forgets that we're still at shows to make an impression. Many times its the wrong one that's being made at times like these. If you show up to your largest event with a clunker, it can tell the audience "we are feeling the economic challenges of the day and working with our company may not be your best move" or it can say "we are here to stay and we offer the services, products and solutions to keep you here too".
A client of mine told me they were planning to scale back at their big show. They were already committed to a 20x20 space and were just going to put up a logo and rent furniture and do a lounge - no demos, no positioning of new product, minimal expense. I would expect a steady stream of people walking past their booth thinking they were on the brink of closing even though they were just trying to conserve marketing resources.
Pulling their old custom booth and its multiple large crates from their old supplier was going to be a significant investment - material handling, installation and dismantle, updated graphics, roundtrip freight, refurbishment of some older tables, etc. The majority of the costs would be operational - dollars spent that do nothing for the brand or service awareness they sought to enhance at the event.
Solution: RENTAL
We were able to develop all new graphics, 16' high tower units and overhead visuals, and multiple workstations for client demos for far less than the original operational budget of the old booth. The unique structural design drew prospects to the space, put a fresh look on their brand, and positioned them as a stable business partner that the audience needed to consider for their needs.
Reduced install times, smaller packaging (2 crates) and lightweight aluminum beams with a combination of rollable and dye sublimated fabric visuals kept costs to a minimum.
No sacrifice to design impact and budgets that are affordable and with the clients best interest in mind - that's what we do.
With an ever-expanding rental inventory, on-site graphic production, and 20+ years of helping clients do it on budget and on time, we can help you make a statement at your next event.
